Manifesto film for the AACC
The AACC, the French association of advertising and communication agencies, chose me to direct the manifesto film for its AI & Innovation Committee, co-chaired by Tiphaine du Plessis (BETC Fullsix) and David Raichman (Ogilvy Paris). The film accompanies ten commitments addressed to the entire advertising industry, calling for a responsible use of AI that serves ideas and talent rather than mere speed or automation.
To carry this message, the film itself had to embody it. I was selected as the artist who represents this shift: I draw, bring AI in at certain stages, then take back control to rework every image with my own illustration and animation techniques. In my practice, AI expands what's possible without ever replacing the artist's eye or intention.
I don't want AI to speed up or replace what I love doing: drawing and animating. I use it where it can expand my possibilities. For me, the challenge is to benefit from what AI can bring while keeping my value as an artist.
